Whistler Capoeira @ BassCoastProject this weekend
This weekend July 29th-August 1st Whistler Capoeira is going to The BASScoast Festival in Squamish.
The Capoeira Project consists of 2 free introduction Classes on the beach. Rooted in a combination of dance, martial art, music, culture, community, body and mind, capoeria represents the festival experience itself. Any act that joyfully and peacefully threads these important and fundamental pieces of health together is nothing short of perfect. If you haven’t tried it, or heard of it…it makes no difference…there’s a place for every level of ability to join in. Discover a bridge between your body and mind that thrills the soul.
